The service was literally appalling. I had a failed egg donor cycle and they were supposed to reimburse me the funds that were remaining in the trust. I had sent these in USDs and had already paid the currency conversion cost in my country. They were sent from a USD account. Upon returning the funds ...the person who manages them, Chris, decided for some reason to return the funds to me in my country's currency which caused me to lose $300. When I contacted Lesa about it she insisted that a mistake hadn't been made and the funds hadn't been mismanaged. Changing the currency of the funds held in trust without the client's permission is a mismanagement of them. She was completely unwilling to right the wrong her staff had created. So in addition to losing all of the money I did on the cycle I ended up losing another $300 because of this incompetent attorney and her staff. Family Creations recommends them. I would recommend you stay away from them.
