Steven Marc Ostrove

Steve is a great attorney. He helped me in a case that I filed with the CSLB against a contractor asking for additional monies after the project was paid in full. Work was not completed correctly and was in violation of a few VCBS codes. Told contractor I paid him in full for a shoddy job and wasn't ...paying a dime more to him. Contractor ended up filing a lien on my house. I hired Steve as a referral through a mutual friend. We went to arbitration through the CSLB and Steve demolished the contractor. It was so much fun watching the other party squirming around, stuttering and not knowing what to say. I didn't say a word. I just sat there and watched. Of course I won the case and the contractor ended up having to remove the lien and pay me almost $5,000. Would definitely use him again. Hopefully I don't have to. :)
