Biography
Michael has lived and worked in the Ventura area since the 1980's and believes in serving the community where he grew up, went to school, and has a family. He has concentrated his practice on civil litigation from the very beginning of his legal career. He has over a decade of experience dealing with litigated claims, including those related to personal injury, employment, general negligence, fraud, consumer protection, contractual issues and insurance related disputes. Mr. Peterson is admitted to practice law in all State and Federal courts in California. When not working, Michael enjoys cooking, motorcycles, making music with a variety of instruments, and most of all quality family time.

It pays to have a pro on your side.
I'd been jerked around by an insurance company on an auto accident claim (other drivers fault) for two years, essentially they attempted to "run out the clock" so they didn't have to pay. With the help of Mr. Peterson (and the court) I got my full claim paid.
