Simple answer is that you need to get a lawyer to help you fight in court, the same court decided the custody in the first place.

Yes it can and will. But unless you can convince the judge otherwise, normally the mediator's solution will be adopted.

You can try to file an ex parte motion to get a temporary order. In the long run, you have to file a regular OSC to change the custody.
