Married to my law school sweetheart, I live with my husband and our three delightful daughters in Ventura County. When not consulting with clients or home schooling my daughters, you can find me doting on my two beautiful standard poodles or volunteering with my entire family at a Christian Legal Aid clinic.
I began my legal career as a business litigator, representing large corporate clients after graduating from the UCLA School of Law in 1999. Motherhood, as well as my heart for families and our diverse community inspired me, however, to transition my practice to estate planning. I now devote myself to providing clear and compassionate legal counsel, in both English and Spanish, to clients desiring to protect their legacies for the sake of their loved ones.
An estate plan not only provides for the disposition of one’s assets upon passing, but perhaps more importantly, also nominates guardians for one’s minor children in the event of an untimely death. Advanced health care directives, powers of attorney, and revocable trusts also protect one and one’s family in the event of incapacity.
Do not allow a court to make deeply personal, life-altering decisions for your loved ones through blind enforcement of intestacy laws, unintended guardianship decrees, and costly probate proceedings. Though you may have passed on, your spouse, children and heirs could be left behind with significant costs, burdens, and court orders that you never intended for them.
If you need to prepare your estate plan or to update your current estate plan, I encourage you to wait no longer. Please call me. I would love to help protect your legacy.

Personal, quality, expert service!
Claudia was recommended to us by a friend and she far exceeded his recommendations. "Claudia and I have been working together for a few years now and I can say without reservation that she is an excellent attorney. She is smart, ethical and takes good care of her clients. Being able to assist clients who are more comfortable speaking Spanish is a real asset in this community. I endorse her wholeheartedly."
