Obviously, he did. Fight the ticket in court and see if he shows at the trial.

Many courts will not allow traffic school if you are going more than 20 miles over the speed limit on surface streets - especially in school zones....

It really depends on what the bench warrant was for?. felony- misdemeanor/

You are getting civil demand letters. The consensus amongst attorneys is to ignore these letters. Stop stealing- you have no idea how much this...

This happens sometimes. It is called an “Owners Responsibility “ ticket. Fix the problem- get the ticket signed off and go to clerk and pay a $25 fee.

You will have to go to court- Get an attorney!
