I assume your license was valid and no alcohol was involved. If that is the case you should be fine. You did not violate the terms of your probation.

The judge can order anything. You should have your attorney get your matter on calendar and bring proof from your doctor regarding your back injury...

You cannot go to traffic more than once every 18 months - violation date to violation date.

Your facts are very confusing. If you are the registered owner you should be able to get car released. Which "guy" never registered the car?
