This is a juvenile matter. Doubtful the DA will even look at it. Therapy should be taken .

I agree with my colleagues. There is no notice for a petty theft matter other than what you received. Get an attorney!

You need a Utah attorney to deal with this ticket and probable warrant that has been filed since you never appeared.
