The warrant has no statute of limitations. The DA filed the complaint timely. The fact you avoided service for this long will not get charges...

On top of fine there are penalty assessments of about 400%. That applies to all tickets.

Yes- you received a Notice of Correction. Do not let this go to warrant by a failure to appear or deal with ticket before due date.

Were you cited for 22349- speeding ; or 22348(b) - exceeding 100 mph. Get an attorney.
