Since you already posted bail for the TBD- you should request a trial de novo. You have nothing to lose. Get an attorney.

My boyfriend got three yrs in prison for nonsereuse crime but is a stricker he has 45 days credit with no previous prison time.

If it is non serious he should get one day credit for each day served . This means he will have to do18 months less the 45 day credit.

This violation comes with one point. Get an attorney and fight ticket. You may be able to get it reduced to a non point violation.

Yes it sounds like someone has your identity and got arrested. You need to deal,with this as a warrant can be issued for your arrest.
