What's your question? The officer might be looking for a safe place to deal with you . You can report them to their supervisor .

My colleagues have stated it- you should fight this ticket. Call an attorney on Avvo and find one you are compfortable with. Do so asap!

Yes you can find another attorney- but it sounds like you already had your trial . This can be difficult to over turn.

The police filed a report based on what they heard and observed when they came to the scene. Your wife needs an attorney if DA files any charges.
