Weird situation- but yes it is possible for officer to do that. Get an attorney to fight ticket.
My step-dad touched me but he is sexual dysfunction so nothing really happened. He touched my breast and gave me a credit card.

Nothing should happen as they accepted your paperwork. You completed everything and that is what counts.

Stockton can be tough when a matter goes into collections. You need an attorney if you stand any chance on getting this back on calendar.

You will still be required to pay fine and traffic school fee to court. In addition, you will have to pay for online traffic school.

Pay the ticket- which has probably increased in total fine and GET your license reinstated before you go to court.
