The good news is that this is a non point moving violation- for now. You can fight ticket but get an attorney.

I believe proceedings are recorded in West Covina. You can request a court reporter - but I doubt court will agree. You need an attorney .

It can only be sealed if you were a minor or a finding of factual innocence is found by the court. There is no eraser in CA.
