All you can do is file a police report. It will be up to DA to decide to file charges.

There is no precise number of days anyone could tell you. You could benefit from Prop 47. Get an attorney to review this.

The answer is no. Even if the judge allows traffic school, the dmv will not recognize it.

Driiving on a suspended license due to a DUI has mandatory jail time. This cannot be avoided.

You need to find another attorney to deal with this . It sounds like you have a double failure to appear. Did you get proof of corrections ?

The point will get reported to the DMV pending appeal. a motion like you suggest has worked- but not in all courts. Get an attorney to file and...

Prop 47 and a Wobbler. In 2010 I was convicted of 1 count of conspiracy and 18 counts of 2nd degree burglary, a wobbler.

My colleagues are correct. The burglaries might be reduced if under $950. The conspiracy charge cannot.
