Traffic school eligibility is a statewide rule. You would not be eligible to take traffic school. Fight the ticket with an attorney.

Yes you can fight it. Hopefully the officer will not show. If you can, get an attorney.

This is a non point violation in CA. You can retain an attorney to fight ticket - or just pay it.
