My Ca license for cars was suspended due to non payment of registration tickets. Am I able to get a license for a scooter?

You have to pay to get your license . Getting a scooter will not chage what you failed to do in past.

Which court? You probably have to go to court to reschedule and get an abstract. Get an attornry.

Not my Txk! Got a crossing solid white line in 2008. Court date was in 2010 and 2011, I had 4 tragedys and missed them both.

If you never appeared you have a warrant out and holds on your license. Get an attorney and fight these citations.

You need an attorney to go over your driving record and possible holds on your license. You probably will have to pay the tickets that you pled to....

If i forgot my license at home driving my mothers truck and was stop and i was asked my ssn# dob dl# etc. and was issued a cit.

Your question is confusing. Was you license suspended? Was the car properly registered? Speak with an attorny.

Clerical errors do not get tickets dismissed. They got your DL . Do not miss due date or get an attorney to handle it.
In California, is there a statute of limitations on traffic fine debts? If so, does time start ticking on the date of conviction
