Bring proof of corrections and copy of lease to court. That just might suffice. Take pictures!

First get your plate issue cleared up. Your friend has to clear her ticket issues. Get a copy of your DMV record.

No attorney can guarantee getting charges dropped. You do need an attorney. It is possible for this to get reduced to an infraction or a charge...

Giving a false ID to police is a crime. Get an attorney to review letter you received and deal with matter.
