Contact DMV Mandatory Action Unit in Sacramento . They should help straighten this out. You notified your insurance company - I hope!

File a request for a trial de novo. At the trial - if you lose- request traffic school. Get an attorney.

Get an attorney and fight this ticket . Get proof from mechanic regarding problems with speedometer . It might just work.

A cell phone ticket is a non point violation. You can try and fight it.
