The ticket will be sent to registered owner . These are not being enforced. The registered owner could snitch you out .ignore it.

You could hire an attorney to set said bail forfeiture - but then you still would not becable do a TBD. Only trial.

Technically the. warrant should be lifted as soon as you appear. It can take 24-48 hours for the DMV to be notified.
