This ticket belongs to your girlfriend, not you. This error will not get tickets dismissed.

Definitely get your license BEFORE court. You should also consider getting an attorney to hopefully get your matter reduced to an infraction.

His obligation on the bond is contractual. He is obligated to pay the full amount he signed for.
