You can file for expungement- but it will not erste your record in CA.

You really need to speak with a licensing attorney. The DUI and petty theft can be major obstacles in your getting approval for a license.

You will not go to jail. Set the matter for arraignment and bring your license. As long as the person driving the car is not your twin- the court...
