Get an attorney to deal with this. They might be able to it reduced to a non point violation. Which court?

I cosigned my daughter's car just bought it last 2016 of February and now she has violation tickets and refuse to pay.

WHAT! The car could be impounded and both your license could have issues in future. She needs to grow up and pay tickets.she sounds very ungrateful.

You need to get matter calendared to deal with past due matter. Sending letters to court simply dies not work. Get an attorney.

Contact DMV Mandatory Action Unit in Sacramento and see if record can be purged. This could be difficult- but worth the try.
