Those cameras are for viewing intersections and not for any violations.

The the citation is timely filed. You may need an attorney to deal with this as I believe Rancho Cordova is outside of Los Angeles County.

This only applies to Los Angeles County. You must ignore all notices- no extensions and any collection letters received from Superior Court. GOOGLE...

Get an attorney and hopefully the matter will be reduced or put on some type of diversion which will get it dismissed in a year.
