You were lucky not to have been given a citation for traffic offenses. Get an attorney an take care of warrant.

You need to get an attorney to deal with and the DMV. Copies of accident report are essential.

Clerical errors like this will not get tickets dismissed. Get a CA attorney to deal with matter- you will never hve to go to court.
