You probably could never get anything from the police. Your are who they are investigating. Get an attorney before they speak to you.

Get the proof of correction dealt with and the fine will be $25. You need to get ticket signed off after it has been corrected.

That will be totally up to Texas if you get arrested in California. There is a warrant out for you as you never appeared in Texas court.

Warrant do not disappear. They have to be dealt with. Mr. Marshall has provided you with your options.
