Typically a lack of opposition is a good thing. The DA may make an oral opposition.

Unfortunately paying the fine will give you one point. This will remain on your record for three years. You might consider fighting this violation...

You must go to court with it. You might be able to deal with this with the clerks- but most likely the judge.

Your matter is in collections. It has to be set on calendar to deal with. Ventura has a pretty good system to get matter dealt with.
