Get an attorney to go over all of your questions. Do not call DA- but rather call a bail bondsman or clerk of court.

At court on 6/26 my boyfriend was sentinced to 90 days for probation violation and set to return to court on 10/2 to be release

It's possible that he will be released sooner- unless the judge made a special order because of the probation violation.

Typically the SR 22 has to be placed on an active license- not one that is suspended.

Nothing should happen to you as you were not the one who was personally cited- and had no idea of driver's suspended license.
