This is not a correctable violation. You can pay it and request traffic school- or fight it. If you fight it - get an attorney!

This is an infraction so there is no jail time. Your speed makes you ineligible for traffic school. You should get an att- it might be possible in...

Yes this is pretty much standard operating procedure for some police agencies. Get an attorney!

Both are misdemeanors and you do run the risk of jail time. You need an attorney and money to pay your fine!
