It shows up because you were arrested. Did the DMV suspend your license?

You are required to submit to an evidentiary test when stopped for a DUI. If you do. It - it is a refusal., which comes with a one year license...
So I did a background thru Sacramento Courts and seen I had a 1997 conviction for a DUI. The case still shows active.

You need to get a copy of docket. Get an attorney to review.

I hope you have an attorney. They would know all of the facts. You can ask for anything in a plea bargain. The DA just has to agree to it.

DEJ is actually a plea to existing matter. It gets dismissed once you complete DEJ.
