Both you and your boyfriend need attorneys. It is up to DA to drop charges. This can be difficult. Get an attorney!
14601.1(a) help. The officer didn't circle infraction or misdemeanor on the ticket so i dont know how they will charge me.

A 14601.1 is two points. Get an attorney to hopefully get it reduced to a 12500 - no points. Take care of the tint.

The ticket is valid. The police cannot cross country borders . This does not apply to counties. Get an attorney and fight ticket. Always a chance...

Some counties have an inmate search on Sheriff’s website. If not get a copy of his minute order or call the jail.

Get an attorney and fight them both. You can only do traffic school once every 18 months.- for one citation.
