You can fight it- but your only chance to win is if the officer does not show at trial. You run the ric=sk of losing traffic school if he testifies.

I guess the only thing you can do is fight it. Take pictures of the entire scene.

The truth usually works. You have completed most of the sentence. The judge should give you an extension to complete program or waive it. A PD will...

He will get credit for the 64 days he has been incarcerated. Whether he gets fire camp will depend on which prison he is sent to.
