If a cop suspects you of being high and you pass all test causing him to release you can they charge you after the fact?

Yes, you can be charged after the fact. I doubt that will happen. Stop admitting anything.

Tomorrow is his arraignment. he needs an attorney. If he cannot afford one a public defender will be appointed.

You need to get the warrant recalled in CA and request out of state requirements to satisfy the DUI. You then need to file a 1650 packet you can...
My husband got sentenced 730 day in the county jail,how much of that would he serve on the ab109? His released date is 7/14/2018

He will 50% 0f 730 days= 365 less credit for any time served.

I was put in jail on30,000 bail called a bail bondsman paid 500 on a 3000 pay back to them for bail me out case was exonerated?

You still owe the bail bondsman the money the money you agreed to in the contract with them. You were released from jail.

You will not be arrested when you get an iD. You should clear up warrant in other state.

Sacramento will hold him until his time is up and notify LA at the same time. LA will come and get him or give him a court date to appear.

You need an attorney. You might get some type of diversion; fine; probation, possibly jail. You should speak with an immigration attorney as well....
