Get an attorney to deal with this ticket. Lane splitting is legal - but not to get into hov lane.

You should get an attorney. There is no guarantee that you will get traffic school. The offense will show on your record even if you get traffic...

Call the court traffic clerk and ask- otherwise you will have to get a new court date from clerk and request the same from the judge.

These are failure to appear citations. You can clear these up by going to court. None are moving violations.
