Court record and dispositions always exist and are available. Get a copy of your docket from the clerk.

This is serious- 6 years. Something else is happening. Get an attorney. Six years seems a bit high- but who knows/

You can date but NO SEX. I have no idea if you both have the same self-control- but the 18 year will suffer if there is a problem

Your attorney should try and reach a stipulation with DA that property should be returned and have the judge sign an Order.

Good thing you did not refuse as your license would have been suspended for one year. You need an attorney to navigate this with the DMV and court....

Does CA Probation collect DNA sample for a misdemeanor DUI? Has any amendments been made recently?

You should get an attorney to deal with the probation department. More than likely you will have to give a DNA sample.
