You can sue in either state. It all depends where conduct took place. If over $75,000 you can bring an action in Federal Court.

These citations are becoming very common. Hopefully the judge will allow you to do community service. Do not ignore ticket and due dates.

This conduct is a criminal offense and can be reported to the police. It is then up to DA to file charges if they warrant it.
