Take a driver safety/ seatbelt class offered by CHP before you go to court. Bring certificate with you. It probably would be dismissed.

As my colleagues have indicated, this is a civil demand letter. They would have to sue you to collect. I have never heard of anyone being sued. The...

Yes the MVARs will hold up even if officer is not moving. Fight the ticket with an attorney to be sure.
