It depends on what the warrant was for. You may have to see judge. Speak to clerk at court.

You should be getting a courtesy notice in mail with your fine and traffic school fee. If you take traffic school no point will show on your DMV...

If your name is also on the registration and your license is valid you should be able to get a release slip from police agency that cited him.
If I fight a ticket in court for turning on a red arrow in California will I still be able to go to traffic school if I lose?

If you are eligible for traffic school you should be able to get after trial. The court typically will not reduce the fine
