This is legal. The CHP was impounding vehicle. They don’t call AAA.

If an inmate is sentenced to 6 months flat time in LA county jail is he qualified for early release? He has a court date in 6 m?

I am not certain what flat time means. Did the court state that he must serve 6 months in jail with no credit for time served?

My H6 Report shows a suspension the DMV gave me in 2012 for FTP. Due to Amnisty Prgrm, paid fine in Aug, got license back.
