The answer is NO! Alcohol is a problem for you. You have more to lose and would probably in violation of the terms of your probation.
Had 3 DUI's. Since then,remained clean and sober, for 10 years. Fell off wagon and got 4th DUI. What will happen to me in court?

You are certainly able to fight your ticket in court. You should speak with a traffic ticket attorney about this, especially when radar is involved.
