You can not change probation officers. If you try and complain- you will only make matters worse.

You need to speak with an attorney in CO to deal with this. Did you have to do any alcohol school. Did you have a CA or CO license?
If DMV tells you to install a interlock.And you do,and then they tells you that you don't qualify for a license.What can you do.
