Hey, My court date was on the 22nd of October, I missed my court date and now its the 25. What should I do to prevent my arrest?

You need to get to the court asap and speak with the traffic clerk. Get an attorney if you cannot do this.

Possibly- one of the terms of probation is to not commit any additional crimes. The dui is a crime. Get an attorney to deal with the dui. The DMV...

There is always a chance that a ticket could be dismissed. In your situation you have to appear at the arraignment and enter apl a of not guilty...

Paying the bail is the same as paying the fine. It will be on your DMV record- but will not have any points
