It sounds like you need a good criminal attorney . DA's file charges all of the time- in many matters that are questionable .
What does a "No Hold Bail Amount" mean when it says 'Total Bail Amount: 20,000.00 Total Hold Bail Amount: 0.00 Grand Total: 20k?
