Yes - but getting a court to agree to such is becoming more difficult . You need an attorney to negotiate this .

Get an attorney . SInce he is a juvenile he mIght be able to avoid deportation and just deal with this as a theft charge .

You need to deal with the red light ticket. An attorney can make all of the appearances for you and deal with any existing warrant.
