Yes - this is a common problem with counties that border each other and drivers commit violation in one county and get pulled over in adjacent county.

Not a good chance- school lets out- children still present for a while . Clerical errors do not get tickets dismissed.

The way to deal with this is to deal with the reasons why your license got suspended in the first place. You need to get a traffic ticket attorney...

No- smuggling into jail is a separate offense. You need an attorney .
