Get him an attorney ASAP. He statement was an admission . He needs to protect himself from these charges.

You need an attorney to represent you and deal with the prosecutor. You cannot do this yourself. These are serious charges.

Those tickets are still being enforced. It's being heard in Beverly Hills! You cannot ignore it. You should consider using a traffic ticket...

Mr. Pullman has answered this question. The only way ticket gets dismissed is if you fight it and officer does not show up.

This ticket runs about $300. Youmight want to fight it with a traffic ticket attorney. Traffic school is an option if you are eligible.
