You failed to supply enough information. Are all tickets out of same courts? Courts in Los Angeles County ususally do not give deferred judgments....

This is a moving violation . You can fight the ticket and maybe get it dismissed if officer does not show or a reduced fine . You ate only eligible...

The DMV does not notify you if you get points on your record. They only contact you if you get too many points and want to suspend or revoke...
In maximum speeding cases, if certified calibration certificates are hearsay, does that make CVC 40802(c)(1) inapplicable?

Mr. Pullman is correct. Speed traps only apply to local roads, school zones,- not highwys where there ar posted spped limits.
