Trial de novo means you go to court and have a trail with the officer and judge!

Restitution has to do with what the victim lost in monetary terms due to your conduct. You can try and get this reduced- but doubtful if you will...

You might be able to get a reduction in the fine if you plead at arraignment or before trial. Get an attorney. It can be tricky in Santa Monica.

Unless the officer and court agree - you will not be ALLOWED TO TAKE TRAFFIC SCHOOL. GET AN ATTORNEY FOR THIS ONE!

You need an attorney for this offense. Miranda only applies when you are arrested.
