No police equals no criminal charges. You can ignore any civil demand letter you receive.

It does no sound legit. Glendale no longer enforces ref light camera tickets.

My colleague is correct . This information would come out during the process of jury selection . At that time the juror would have been excused.

You are looking at a 1 year license suspension. You can lfile a petition for a restrictive needs license . Yes you should retain an attorney.
