Forget TBD. Get an attorney and fight ticket. An attorney might be able to get a dismissal or non point moving violation.

It is a bit difficult, but you may be able to file a motion to re-open your case and pay fee to take traffic school.

It is a non point violation . Traffic school is not needed or would provide any relief .
