You need to serve subpoena on Sheriiff office which cured you and possibly DA. Have someone else serve papers

I suggest you get an attorney. Your matter will not be put on calendar . You need to clear your warrant . If you never appeared this can be done...

Go to court in morning- it may not have gone into warrant (fta) status yet. Get an attorney .

Yes you can. I would suggest you use an attorney for Santa Clarita to fIght this ticket . I am not a fan of TBD's and it really can impact getting...

A DUI also comes with a police report which will contain time. Case will not be dismissed based on this.

Yes you can request judge to reduce fine if you plead at arraignment or trial.
